Nice room, good location. Very good breakfast. 1 sachet of coffee and sugar, 1 gown and 1 pair of sleepers for 3 people room though. Tiny bathroom.

An absolute dream property with very high standards of luxury and hospitality alike. Truly a five star experience with wonderfully personal service provided by all staff members. Fantastic breakfast, great rooms with super luxurious bathrooms and tasteful furnishings. Definitely worth a visit and stay - highly recommended.

Service and cleanliness were great but it would be better if there’s a microwave.

Hotel Viktoria is a charming, old-fashioned European hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. I didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on that.

No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive. Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had. We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again.

Clean room

The room is clean. It is decent. Staff are friendly. Also a good location.

We had an amazing room with a view of the cathedral. The only challenge was dragging our luggage up and down the stairs from the parking garage and then into the hotel.
