The hotel grounds and spa were beautiful However, the room: decor, comfort and usability let’s down the hotel and thus the experience The WiFi in the room was patchy and the tv only had Italian speaking programs and no option for subtitles in a chosen language. This coupled with the poor WiFi meant that on the 3 rainy days of our trip you are limited for things to do sadly

Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching! We had no noise from below, so that was great! It has a nice gym, and pool. We used the gym but not the pool

A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.

Room ready on early arrival, easy parking, warm welcome, room clean, comfortable and very modern, with great view from balcony. The hotel is two buildings, the old Villa which has no lift, and the modern block overlooking the valley, which has the spa, pool, etc. We booked a room with a balcony and were in the new build which has a lift. Evening meal was excellent, breakfast good. Recommended
