The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was impeccable! They put a bottle of wine in my room on my birthday. The front desk was amazing and also the housekeepers.

beach view and location are great. hotel and staff are ok at best. For a quality resort i would not expect this level of dissatisfaction: kids in adult only pools, pools & deck areas not clean. people smoking at pools, playing speakers. limited adult only food options. on multiple occasions no cups at pool.

My stay at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort was disappointing for an all-inclusive property. Amenities were limited, especially the liquor selection, with no upgrade options. The room was also uncomfortable, with an uneven bed and intermittent air conditioning. Onika at the front desk was a standout—very helpful, accommodating, and genuinely tried to resolve our concerns. She is a great asset to the hotel. Overall, the property needs significant upgrades in amenities and room quality, as it did not meet expectations.

They do not change the towels. We stayed for 6 days and they put back the used towels everyday. Other than that everything was great
