Great hotel and facilities

Excellent location, very friendly staff, the hotel has many restaurants. It also has a guest service launge with showers in case you have to stay for a few hours after check out, we had a late flight. Very handy.

I had a great time staying at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The staff were amazing. Except that I had one small issue. When I booked five nights, it said first two nights in Premium Room and then the other three nights in Executive room. The staff didn't obliged. They asked me for proof. The only proof I had was the payment/booking receipt which did not indicate the promotion online. I was bit disappointed by that. Other than that everything went well.
