This hotel is the best resort in all over the Sri Lanka. Their service is excellent, nicely decorated rooms with every single amenity, and their breakfast and dinner buffet are really good quality taste and superb!

Horrible check-in We had to call multiple times to fix the bed for 3 people. Check in the reception staff have not been trained properly. We had lots of miscommunications. Stuff need to be trained.

Beautiful property but last day they had a concert which was so loud that we couldn't rest in our room. They should have informed us ahead of time and given option to move our room to the other side. Also at check out, they were not able to refund the pre auth amount back to us due to machine malfunction so hoping to hear back from them soon on that.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Mr. Varun Babbar, Director of Rooms, and his stellar team for curating such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. Ms. Dipali Deore, G. R. E, greeted us with a heartfelt Ayubōwan like no other and made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room and giving us a detailed walkthrough of the in-room and hotel amenities. Her passion for service was truly evident—she serves from the heart. At the front desk, Mr. Fayaz, Manager on Duty, led his team with professionalism and grace. Mr. Adhil Marikka, our check-in agent, was both professional and accommodating. After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free. A special shout-out to the transportation coordination team, who ensured that all our local transfers were punctual and smooth. A shout out to the transportation and F&B team for the phenomenal job done. The team on June 3rd was among the best I’ve encountered in my global travels as a frequent traveler.
