Took almost two hour to get the room ready to check-in and get our bags (the staff didn’t even know where our bags were and asked if we had them). The next day room service didn’t clean the room until 5 pm the next day. But the best thing about it was being stared down by staff at check out when they forced me to rate them and then being told anything that wasn’t a 9 isn’t great…

Good Hotel with no good food

Room was excellent and spacious but food and beverages section was below average. Check in procedure was bit slow also no keys for 3 hrs due to some card reader issue, instead of pre authorisation charges they taken extra amount at arrival directly charged on card. Food was pathetic, no taste and too much costly.
