Waited about 20min for the first available employee while two customers were being checked in, yet I was checked in quickly. Arrived around 5pm, it was hot outside and the room was also hot. Room did not cool down until around 9pm. Sliding barn door did not allow for privacy in the restroom -off rail, a service employee temporarily fixed the gap on the door but said it would be difficult to close all the way and said it would require additional work but he could not do it at that moment (he was helpful & talked positively about the hotel). Closing the bathroom door all the way was extremely difficult, required 2 people. The toilet had no flushing power. Asked front desk to move us to a different room within the first five minutes and she said the other similar rooms were not ready and would take a while if one became available, we were pressed for time and dealt with it (stayed one night only). Breakfast was ok, not self serve, only one person was serving hot food (placing already prepared hot food on plates) with a tip jar out.I would not stay here again.

Stayed in the two queen suite with kitchenette. Excellent room with lot of space for the kid to play. Hotel provided a clean crib for the kid. We were able to cook for the kid while we enjoyed the hot breakfast provided in the lobby. Tried the pizza on site and was amazing. Overall very impressed with the hotel. Only concern was no common area for kids to play and pool was quite deep for a toddler. Maybe hotel could invest in this area

Great location , next to I 25 , good breakfast buffet , plenty of parking , WiFi worked well , has bar and pizza , next to hotel is Gas station , Taco Place ( Fuzzy Tacos) Only 5 -8 minute drive to Garden of Gods .

I stayed here based on the good reviews and can say they are spot on. This was literally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and I've done a good amount of traveling. I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was modern and smelled good. The breakfast was fine and the staff pleasant. Well worth the price.

We loved this hotel. Super clean, amazing breakfast, great customer service. The only thing that was not good was the people above us letting their child(ren) make all kinds of noise running and jumping off beds between 10 pm and 1 am, 2 of 3 of the 3 nights we stayed. I have 0 complaints otherwise. We WILL be returning here and have already referred several family and friends!
