Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Check-in - luggage cart not available; wasn't told location of pool, workout, ice. Required a $200 credit card hold even pre--paid.
During Stay - supplies & cleaning every 3rd day, toilet flushing would get stuck had to play with handle to stop water running, TV stopped working; they couldn't resolve as maintenance wasn't on property.
Check-out - was told to walk around and find a luggage cart; requested a credit for TV issues, was told person trying to resolve didn't have authority, ask at checkout, checkout person didn't have authority, she didn't but said she'd request a day credit by person who will be in on Monday but would be a problem as this was paid through 3rd party - Expedia
