Average/typical casino hotel. But loved the large room and the staff was very helpful. Our only complaint really is that the pillows were too large--could not sleep on them. When we called to get other ones, they said that size was all they had. Looked good on a bed, but not useful for sleeping. Would have liked to have a fitness center, but we knew they didn't have one when we booked it.

We stay here every time we visit Cripple Creek. Staff is so kind and accommodating and the breakfast cannot be beat. Our room is always wonderful and even if there is a problem, the hotel staff works quickly to remedy the situation. Would highly recommend.

The casino/hotel had a really big comfortable room. The bed was comforable though they had tall hard pillows, and the shower was strange as it was a glass wall to the bedroom side, though there was a curtain you could draw for privacy, but the walk-in opening side could have used a glass door or curtain as the cool air from the room was chilly comjng into the shower, as there wasn't a door to the bathroom, only to the toilet. They had mice scented shamproo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast credit was more than enough, and signing up for the players card got an additional bogo meal. The reastaurant had good food, and our waitress was awesome. Everyone here was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

My biggest complaint is the new management, me and my wife had several of the staff apologize to us about the new general manager and how he is running things from the tight slots to several other issues. The slots were extremely stingy, we noticed in the 3 nights were there that there were significantly less people playing the slots than any other time we have visited. I know I will not get rich there but it would be nice to have them pay more frequently. We will definitely not be visiting anytime soon, sadly because we really love the place.
