I really loved how the rooms looked clean and modern. The bed, the bedding and the pillows were super comfortable. I didn't like that you have to request and pay $20 extra for a microwave and that they don't have a mini refrigerator that guests can use. They only have a weighted mini bar refrigerator that is way overpriced (most are) but I would have liked our own empty mini fridge for guest use

Excellent! First time in Cripple Creek and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations! First I’d like to say staff were Awesome! Look for Donald - one of the bell hops - if you happen to stay there! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, funny and kind! The room was great and they gave us a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful view! We also booked Spa services which were great!

Room service was nice. Couldn't use the refrigerator in the room. Was charged $20 a day for a fridge in the room. It was either that or be charged for them to come upload the stocked fridge and charged again to reload it. Very loud and RUDE housekeeper in the hallway every single morning and throughout the day. Just yelling into her phone in some foruegn language. Had to pass her several tmes in the hallway and she was really inconvenienced to move her cart out of the way. Believe me I didnt want to request my room to he cleaned.

My son and I had an amazing stay at The Chamonix in Cripple Creek! The pool and spa area are gorgeous. We got to try the Experimental Shower, enjoy the steam room, and both saunas. The pool is heated, which is nice because there is no hot tub unfortunately. The rooms are beautiful too. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Complimentary coffee in the room with wet bar for additional purchase. Our robes were not in the room, like mentioned during booking though. Made it a little harder to walk the halls to and from the pool since we didn’t pack our own. We didn’t gamble but people looked like they were having a good time in the casino. We also did not try the restaurants on site, but the cafe was alright. The pastries and drinks lacked flavor and were pretty pricey. I have to give special shoutouts to the bellman, David and Melysa in the spa for all their help!

Casino was fun. Pool on rooftop is neat. Room was very clean and a good size. Coffee and breakfast bar was well priced and good. Beds were too soft for me. Room cleaning like taking trash and bringing towels and toilet paper had to be requested, and then items were brought but dirty towels and trash was not removed. Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed it!

It was a beautiful property. The beds were too soft and the pillows were too thick. I was there with 8 others Nd that was everyones complaint. Otherwise it was very nice. Especially the no smoking in the casinos.
