Everything was ok except: #1 the hot tub was not working - after a long drive I really needed the massage jets, and the water temp was just lukewarm. #2 the room A/C, even though the fan was running when the compressor cycled off, no air movement could be felt so you had to keep turning the temp down 1 degree at a time. Hotel was quiet inside, room was clean & comfortable, and breakfasts were decent.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. We enjoyed our stay, the bed was super comfy and there was a nice breakfast offered. My only critique would be that you had to ask for housekeeping if you wanted it, and when trying to check out, there was no one around. They just wanted you to drop your key in a box. I would have liked a receipt and to have been able to speak to a human instead. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I booked this last-minute after a horrible experience at another hotel I had booked. This was honestly such a great experience I will definitely book again. Super clean, easy & accessible parking, quiet, great & varied breakfast, and very nice front desk agents. No reason to look any further!!

Only thing i didnt like was that the first room i was in had water coming up from the floor in the bathroom and i hadnt even used the shower or anything yet. It was gross.

Everything overall was great. The building was clean and well kept. However, the desk personnel don’t interact with customers. You come in and they don’t acknowledge you. Which is kind of weird/rude. We were put in a handicap room, and the tub was very slippery, they didn’t have any rough area to stand or a bath map. Seems to be dangerous, especially for the handicap or elderly.

Staff very accommodating. Building seem to have issues with some of the materials used in construction. Nothing structural just like flooring, plumbing fixtures and also one of the elevators was out ( 1 of only 2). Lighting in room was poor.
