For a one night stay, the hotel is pretty good! In my opinion maybe a retouch on paint and new covers for the beds would help the place so much. Overall it treated me and my family well.

Staff was nice and helpful and you could tell they cleaned the property but our first night the ac broke / blowing hot air. Second night in a different room the tv didn’t work and the bed cover had over 7 cigarette burn and overall grungy feel to the place.

It was absolute the minimalist breakfast food I have ever seen. The top part of our tv didn’t even work. The comforters were stained. Patches all over the walls. Housekeeping only came one of the two days. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly and welcoming. My husband brought his own pillow and housekeeping took it to wash it and we never got it back.

I would give this property 0 stars if possible. Don't expect food at breakfast, unless you want cereal with no bowls or milk, coffee with no cups, or waffles with no batter and plates. I was told 3 different times by staff leading all the way up to check in there would be a pull out sofa in our room as our reservation stated and there was not. At check in the girl told me we had the only room with one available, so lied to my fave or doesn't know her own property.. They also do not service your rooms if you're staying longer than 1 night. 4 people and we were given 2 towels, and 2 cups. There is no microwave like their website says. The hot tub doesnt work and they dont have towels for swimming. The rooms are incredibly dirty and falling apart with holes in walls, vents falling off, flooring coming up and lamp shades, ac units destroyed.. Bedding and towels stained, cigarette burns. Ironing board, but no iron. You will also have to get your room card rekeyed multiple times over your stay. Shady people hanging around and less than helpful or caring staff. We paid for a bed to sleep in but it didnt even meet our reservation we paid for. This place should be shut down. I could literally write a short story on this place, but you get the jist. Dont do it!

Where to begin? The room was not the cleanest and extremely outdated. To get ice I was told to walk across a dim lit parking lot in the middle of the night to a shared parking lot of a Super 8. The bathroom was filthy I wouldn’t wash my dog in that shower. No washcloths and 2 tiny towels. The next morning the so called breakfast was far from that. The coffee was horrible. The only thing to eat were 2 tiny muffins and a small amount of waffle mix just enough for 2. No forks or plates only bowls and spoons and we asked for both were told we don’t have either. This place needs to be closed for major renovations as there are no elevators either. In this case be ware as you truly barely only get what you pay for which is not much!!!

Poor Quality Stay
The rooms were poor Not clean an 1 room smelled cigarettes an my kids stayed in there they had no towels,wash cloths, or facial towel. The same room we stayed in was the same no fridge, or coffee maker, or Microwave. Floor was dirty also the bed needs to be replace. ice machine was not working had to go to Quality Inn to get Ice from them. Breakfast wasnt good ran out of coffee had to ask front dest to fill up coffee they didnt clean area, Spend a night an bought our towels an essential to shower. When we left room to be out in town came bck an the door cards were deactivated, we couldnt go into our room we had to go bck to front desk to get it activated again to get in.i did not take picture but i will not stay at any Days Inn with this experience being there , thinking it was a good place to stay...

Charged $100 deposit that they said would be refunded. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread, marks and large patches in the walls, broken lamps, bathroom door falling off hinges. Advised front desk immediately of pre-existing damage. Was told they would make a note of it. Mentioned again at check out. Nothing was noted. Called to ask why my bank shows $100 charge. No response.

Just was stopping in before flying out of Colorado Springs. Air conditioner was partially broken but still had cold air coming out. A lot of stains in the bathroom tubs and walls. Ice makers and juice machines at breakfast were not working. Quick stay to sleep only. wouldn’t stay more then 1 night

Opened the door to our room and gagged. The worst smelling run done disgusting place I have ever been in. Walked back out and went to my vehicle and booked rooms elsewhere not caring that I was just out the money for the 3 rooms that I booked there for two nights each. I honestly did not care that I was out over $800. This place should be shut down that is how disgusting it is. Gal at the front desk could not have been ruder when we were checking in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

I’ve never checked out of a hotel so fast in my life. There were blood stains on the curtains and fecal stains on the shower curtain. The bed was broken and the bedding was torn. The chairs looked like they had been used often for “visits” as the staining was extremely evident. The carpet was dirty. Cars in the parking lot had busted windows. It was horrendous. Do not stay here!

Thought the reviews were exaggerating, but nope. Room smelled extremely strongly of smoke, there was no smoke detector at all, stains all over the bedsheets, curtains, and floors. Zero amenities worth speaking about. Check-in took forever, we were only given one towel for a king bed room, one of our keys didn’t work, the shower was falling apart. I could go on. Only saving grace was that we didn’t see any mice or bedbugs. Other bugs, sure, but no bed bugs.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very rude, it was like we were bothering her. The pool and hot tub were closed and the whole area looked creepy and dirty, the rooms were filthy, other peoples hair on the bed, the tan chair had black spots on it, the carpet was disgusting, the office chair had splatters of white something or another on it and their plugs are probably a fire hazard as my phone charger would fall all the way out or half way out. We stayed as we were tired but we were up and out of there by 7AM! Never again will I stay there!

This place is terrible! Broken bending ice machine, broken, hair dryer, the door is not good hard to open, Broken orange machine. No paper towel on the kitchen. The Kutchen is dirty. That property is very bad managment. The room is dirty.

Curtains covered only 1/2 the large window. When my wife & I had been driving all day we wanted to sleep, and the blinds only cover 20 inches on each side of the window leaving about 3 feet open in the middle FILLING THE WHOLD ROOM WITH LIGHT, NOT ALLOWING US TO SLEEP., same for night time, the parking lot lights shine brightly through the window making it hard to sleep. Also, there was NO HOT WATER in the breakfast area to mix with oatmeal or make tea with, we had to put cups in the microwave oven with water. At least there was a sink to access the water.

This hotel is not well-run. For the most part, it is clean, but it is not being kept up properly. There was damage in the room which had not been addressed: The paint on the toilet seat was nearly all gone. The fire alarm was damaged, the art on the wall was damaged, the curtains and sheets had holes in them. Two pillowcases were missing, and one had blood on it. The room had two coffee pouches, but no coffee maker. No microwave, no alarm clock. Two of us were registered for the room, but there was one hand towel and one washcloth for us to share. The pool had no towels, so we had to use our only two bath towels. We had 8 squares of toilet paper and no new rolls in the room. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, no milk, waffles, no butter, no syrup, muffins and juice. No napkins. Nothing in particular was terrible...it was just a ton of little annoying things. The guy smoking pot outside also made it less pleasant. The overall feeling of the place is that they just don't care, although one of the desk clerks was friendly. We had made reservations for three nights; we left after one.

It was a pretty good place to stay. Bed was really comfortable, the only thing I did not like was there were no hairdryer or microwave in the room. First night I had trouble sleeping because of people next door were too loud. But other than that it was a decent place to stay.
