Doors looked like they had been kicked in. Locks were old. Repairs on rooms not finished. Mold in shower. Had non smoking room and a smoking room was only a couple doors away. Things weren’t wiped down very well.

Quick stay
We enjoyed our stay for what it was. We simply needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting our daughter in the hospital. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was great.

Nothing was clean, room had cracks in it, hairs in sheets and towels, electronics were barely working through a busted power strip. They require a deposit not disclosed in the reservation, which feels sketchy because they run your card on a separate system from the card reader.

RUDE MORNING STAFF
The front desk guy was awesome at night but the girl that works in the morning is absolutely rude ASF, she refused to let us extend our stay because we had a " dog"..we have no dog..my child is allergic to dogs.

If you want people knocking on your doors in the middle of night. If you want to be exposed to drug deals all around you. This place if for you. Otherwise stay away. Worse night of sleep I have had all year at this hotel.

Although the exterior of the building was fairly weathered and run-down, the interor of my room was very clean and tidy. The sheets are incredibly soft! Lots of pillows. Very comfortable room.

Was nice and quiet Thursday front desk wasn’t very friendly and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned lots of hair in the drain from Previous attendants. The maintenance was horrible. Huge patches of caulking in the shower

For a cheap motel it was ok. The pool was the best part. Really enjoyed that. Breakfast food consists of mini-muffins, Rice Crispy treats and coffee/juice. The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals when you walk in. On our 2nd day, one of the housekeepers broke an expensive glass bottle of wrinkle cream. The top was missing (had been thrown away) and glass was inside the bottle. Had to throw it away. When I spoke to front desk about this, they called the housekeeper and she denied she was in the bathroom. She clearly was because there were fresh towels and it had been cleaned. Very disappointing.

We were in town 2 nights to explore Colorado Springs as part of a longer trip. Hotel is in a cute part of downtown, very close to Colorado College. Room was fine, bathroom had been updated. 2 dead bugs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Not enough parking available.
