The man at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Had a large window our cat could look out from, and a king size bed that was so comfortable. Traveling across the country with a dog and cat is not easy, but when you find a room this clean, quiet and comfortable, it's not as difficult!

Sheets were dirty and stained, customer service even worse when issue was brought up do not recommend this place to anyone. Take pride at your customer service and clean the sheets it’s really not that hard

Checked into our room and immediately noticed the door latch completely taken off and the smoke alarm missing, eventually found it in a drawer with no batteries. Then started to look around the room to check everything, looked at the window and it was being held together with duct tape and the lock on the window was broken and the window wouldn’t shut completely. absolutely terrible experience and will not be coming back to this hotel

The backside of the motel was trashy looking as well as the dumpster area. It lacked curb appeal. Although the room was generally clean, the shower door and frame needed a deep cleaning.

Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return I had a very poor experience at this hotel. Several individuals with belongings were stationed near the entrance throughout the day, making the environment feel unsafe. The room was outdated and poorly cleaned—peeling paint, stained windows, visible fingerprints on surfaces, and a malfunctioning fridge. The bathroom door did not lock, which is unacceptable, especially for families. Overall, the property felt neglected and uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here and will not return.
