We loved the location as well as it was a good price for the area. Also loved that we could tqke a morning hike tha t was so beautiful. Only downside was no tv in the room. But we understand it is more of a retreat place.

If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is the ideal place. The property looked like an extension of the Garden of Gods with the tall red rocks surrounding the property. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very welcoming. It will not be perfect for everyone as there’s no TV, no elevator, and their bathroom is not the best. Despite this, we love the place and look forward to staying again in the near future.

The grounds are spectacular and everything is immaculate and clean. This is not as much a hotel experience as a retreat. The rooms are a bit spartan and there are no TVs. It’s designed to relax and reflect. There is very good WiFi so you can access everything you like. We stayed in cedar lodge and my only complaint is the ‘musty’ smell in the entire building. Other than that, this place is romantic and relaxing.

Breathtakingly Beautiful property with Castle!

This place is incredible! We didn’t stay in the castle but we did have a great breakfast there. Grounds and hiking trails are just beautiful and you’re right next to Garden of the Gods so the rock formations are right there! Very reasonable rates and everything was just perfect. We will be back!!!
