Check your A/C and the pool!

It would have been nice to know that the indoor pool was out of order. Hotels did not list this. Sure, there was a hot tub outside, but it was not clean. I might have stayed somewhere else if I had known about the pool. Check your A/C before you accept the room! The A/C was very loud.

This was our third time staying at this property during the holidays and have enjoyed our time in Colorado. The property is positioned perfectly with tons of eatery and shopping options nearby. Unfortunately, their staff was limited and could not have our room fully clean (beds made, shampoo refilled etc.) despite multiple requests. We stayed 5 days! The breakfast area had multiple items labeled “out of stock” and the food mixes were not the greatest.

Nice place, don't plan on eating here.

The hotel was great, the room comfortable and clean, but the breakfast was disappointing. I wasn't expecting a lot, but it was just not even worth waking up for. The breakfast had all the parts; it was just that everything they put out was of the lowest quality. Biscuits and muffins were hard, sausage and eggs were flavorless, Coffee was burnt, etc.....

Hostess was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is walking distance to dinning and convenient stores. Not the best but definitely nit a bad stay at all. Overall good experience.
