The staff when checking in are fantastic, and also helpful to accommodate with the needs of our family. However the restaurant could not accommodate to the meals we ordered and had us choose different options and then we waited an additional hour and 20 mins. Once receiving our food the order was incomplete. They did however discount the price for the mistake and we do appreciate that. The hotel it’s self could you some up keep, as in the first room we got, the window leaked from the rain, and then the room keys kept deactivating, and the simplicity of remote batteries in the remotes. However even with the minor issues we did have, the hotel was accommodating and welcoming and the staff was genuinely nice

Pool was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure they have ever cleaned it. Floors in room were also gross. We showered with shoes on due to the dirtiness of the shower floor. I would not recommend staying here.

When we arrived we were excited to use the pool and hot tub. Pool area smelled like sewer and the drains were full of mold we never used the pool or hot tub due to this The rooms were musty. Bathroom had dirt in the corners The beds were comfortable! So that was our only win for this stay

The ledge around the bathroom floor was dirty - I saw several spiders. Additionally - the bathtub took a long time to drain. Housekeeping replaced towels but did not freshen beds or wipe down bathroom every day.

There was no hot water. And my room door lock was not working. Anyone can open the door from outside. I called staff and explained issue and I was told that it will be fixed by end of the day, but they did not for my entire stay. Also this hotel need renovation, everything is super old and dirty.

My friend and I stayed at the Holiday Inn near the ColoSpgs airport for one night after our flights were delayed into the Springs. We weren’t able to check in until well after 1am. There was no problem checking in at that late hour. The room was clean, comfortable, and cool. While breakfast was not included, there is a restaurant in the hotel that offered a breakfast buffet for a cost. We didn’t eat there, but it looked pretty good. I would stay at this hotel again.

My first room had issues with a sewer gas odor & was not very clean. I was moved to another room, which was fine. I booked the hotel in order to have use of the free airport shuttle offered, but their shuttle hours are only 8am to 5pm, and my flight was at 6am, so their limited hours rendered that benefit unusable. I had to pay for a taxi instead. The staff were nice and mostly helpful.
