We had a fun staycation here. Indoor pool and hottub was great and fun for the kids. Hotel was very clean and had great breakfast selection. Room comes with a full size fridge a d freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Highly recommend!

Great location near the airport
The hotel seems fairly new. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable, but I didn’t care for the soft pillows (just a personal preference. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave. The location worked well for us to get everywhere we wanted to visit in a short time. We only have one complaint, but it can’t be 100% against the property because the front desk agent tried to remedy it on the first night. Our first night we were woken up by a couple arguing very loudly. We could also hear people talking and TVs from other rooms. I’m not sure if more soundproofing would help, but the walls are a bit thin. Such a shame because other than that, the hotel is wonderful. Also, I’d like to add that the ability to text the front desk was great.

The property is newer and built with modern style, but overall the experience was average. The sound insulation is on a weak side and the bathroom lacks towel bars/rack to hang a towel to be reused. The room had a funky smell that "went away" after few minutes in the room. My biggest disappointment was the included breakfast. The selection of breakfast items was really poor and certain items came "prepackaged". Mainly, the proteins were not available by themselves. For example, sausage patties came only as a part of sandwiches, all with cheese that was also partially melted. As I don't eat cheese, I couldn't enjoy sausage. No bacon at all, and scrambled eggs also mixed already with other stuff. Again, the breakfast was a huge disappointment for this class (and price) of a hotel.

I expected more from IHG!
No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast! They didn’t even have any half and half for the mediocre coffee. I will say the room was very nice with a wonderful kitchenette, that as a overnight business traveler, I never use. I take full responsibility for not paying closer attention to the listed amenities, but as a big fan of other IHG properties, I expected much more.
