The old white lady at the front was very rude and very unhelpful. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Our smoke detector batteries got low and started chirping so I called the front desk. Told me to come get a batter for it and I could put it in. I told her can she send someone or put it in her self was told no that’s not her job and she can’t reach it. This woman was taller than I but I guess that didn’t matter. Asked for some extra towels when I walked the ridiculous layout of this complex to get the battery and she rolled her eyes and acted like it was a chore or inconvenience to do her job.

We loved the close proximity to the airport. The breakfast spread was nice. Staff were nice and professional! I prefer newer more polished hotels, and this one is dated with a few updates. The updates didn't outweigh the need for more renovations. Although, we didn't have any issues, I wouldn't stay here again.

We booked a suite with a small kitchen. It was well equipped and made it easy to prepare our own occasional meals during our stay. I loved the layout of the room with the room divider and swivel tv. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of delicious food options and I also loved that there was a free coffee and water station available to me even after the breakfast area was closed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay and I would choose to stay there again should we be in the Colorado Springs area in the future.
