Very safe! I would warn you, if you have never been to downtown Colorado Springs, be prepared for paid parking. I highly suggest using the parking meters as it seems to be the most cost effective! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the pool was great! There are plenty of places to eat or grab dessert nearby (within walking distance).

When I checked in, I was informed that I was booked for two rooms and that my credit card had been charged. I called, and a Hotels.com representative said she only saw one room charge. With these conflicting accounts, I became very anxious about being overcharged. I am unclear how this confusion occurs. I would like an explanation.

Great Hotel

Great hotel downtown Colorado Springs. Easy and cheap parking in the public lot across the street. I paid $8.00 for the night. Breakfast was good, room was nice. Only issue was hot water took a long long time to get warm for a shower but 5 star worthy still for me.
