When we arrived my booked room was given away, then when we got out room the door didn’t lock from the outside, staff complained about recent turnover and reason for disorganization, and after checkout they over charged my card

Electrical tape holding shower head together. Bathroom sink overflowed. Unclean. Smelled damp. Curtains broken. Pictures on website are NOT of this property. “Dog area” is a small strip of weeds & stickers. Zero grass. Do not recommend this place. 90$ a night wasted.

The room was clean and the AC worked great. However the toilet was clogged, couldn’t use it till maintenance came to fix it. Shower head was oddly place at stomach level (I’m 5’8” so even lower for my 6’3” husband). The shower head was detachable but still very odd. The water didn’t really get hot. I was able to take a shower without turning the cold water on and it still was just warm. The breakfast was great. Waffles, cereal, different kinds of breads, and fresh fruits. All in all there were some negatives but the price was good, easy access and we felt safe. It was a good experience.

I enjoyed my stay and between the Woman in the cleaning room process the Girls at the front desk and can’t forget Jessie she was awesome .. I truly had a better experience than expected. I am gonna miss everyone there .. My self and my daughter were going through a transition and Everyone at the Laquinta Garden on the Gods was very supportive.. This was the place for us. Thank you Laura Tachina Nona and Stephanie .. And all my girls ..

Back side by train should be 45$ a night 14 trains first night then more the next overall I can't complain due to the other hotels were charging unaffordable rates if you want people to come prep staff on local places events restaurants low middle high mm ore assertive from people out of state they have to read and research everything make them come back to your hotel with good service all around. Add security walk around

Our room was neat and pretty clean. There aren't enough outlets to plug in phone chargers, the house phone wasn’t connected, there was an alarm clock that didn’t work, the tv in the room didn’t work, the toilet took a lot of effort to flush. On the plus side, water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was good.

Look at the property BEFORE you check in!
The room was clean and quiet. We had called ahead of time to see if their pool was working and were told it was. However, when we arrived and checked in, we were told it was closed for the rest of the year. When we asked for a refund to look for another place to stay, we were told it would take up to 4 business days even though we paid in cash with a card as a deposit. Giving us no choice but to stay. The breakfast was stale bread and cereal. They had a waffle maker but no batter, and when I asked if they had any, the woman at the desk huffed at me. Then, very rudely, she went to fix the problem before shouting, "There you go!" at us before returning to her phone. If we had known this, we would have found another hotel.

Booked two rooms, half the lighting in on room didn’t work. Both showers had low pressure, went from hot to cold continuously. One room had a water leak somewhere when you stepped on the bathroom floor water came up through the flooring. The door was so warped that it couldn’t seal and you could see out through the crack. Staff was rude, refused a refund so we could go somewhere else. Continental breakfast was cereal or waffles, no other options, no milk was available for the cereal.
