The hotel was in a very convenient location. However, it was lacking in cleanliness. Our first room wasn't clean. The surface areas had water marks from cups, the floors didn't look vacuumed, the pull out bed had crumbs in it. We switched rooms. Our second room's bathroom floor wasn't clean. There was trash on the floor behind the door and hair in the corners. The microwave wasn't clean either. The entrance to the hotel was dirty too.

The staff were absolutely awesome. Special shout out to the front desk workers who replaced my keys for me - especially Erin. Only downside is the pool is outdoors and closed in the winter time.

Roaches and High Deposit fee
They have a $150 deposit so be ready to pay that also its been 2 weeks and we still haven't gotten our deposit back even though when I called they said they had sent it back they havent also at night there was roaches crawling on the table where our leftover food was setting in containers and my husband told me he killed 3 roaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night so we will probably just stay in Denver from now on and drive to CS from there cheaper hotels in denver cheaper deposit in denver you actually get back as soon as you check out even on Thanksgiving day and on a card ! Oh and no bugs!
