First room, half the lights didn’t work. Front desk literally asked if all the light bulbs were in the lamps, as if she wasn’t sure. The next room was very dirty. Hair and tp on the floor, dust everywhere, ac cover hanging off. Just very disappointing!

This property is in a prime area for restaurants and entertainment, staff was amazing , but this hotel needs about $500,000 facelift , rooms are old , outdated and seem to not have been updated since the hotel was built , so many other options within 2-3 blocks of this location,$80 deposit when brand new Marriotts and embassy suites charge $20 , keep the staff and spend some money updating

Are the services was terrible they didn’t even give me my receipt. Didn’t tell me how much I got charged for. They didn’t come and clean our rooms I had to go and asked for clean towels the bedding was dirty. Overall I was not pleased.

I love everything about the hotel the room was nice n clean had enough stuff what I didn’t like was I didn’t get my deposit back because hotel people said I couldn’t get my deposit back because Expedia put I was a no show for some reason.
