Nice clean spacious room. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink area. I would recommend this motor lodge to friends and would stay here again. This is a cute town definitely worth visiting when you are in the Pike’s Peak area.

A bit run down. Dated. Check in and out reception was courteous. Pool and hot tub dated but clean. We checked out and moved to another local hotel for the remainder of our stay.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They even called when they say we left a phone charger there. The room was clean but dated and the coffee pot didn't work.

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding and spent an extra day exploring Manitou Springs. Checked in an hour early and check-in was fast and friendly. Hotel is older but very well kept and clean. Mini fridge was great to store drinks. Offered basic toiletries of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Slept very well, very quiet location and walkable to town of Manitou Springs. Delicious Pizza restaurant next door. Parking was plentiful. I would stay here again!

Clean and standard

There is a shuttle nearby but it is very limited. If you want to go to downtown area you have to walk 30 min or drive and pay for the parking fee. The town is small and nice.
