Hotel is spotless and in a nice area. The staff is awesome too. I’m from AZ and the 10 degree weather killed my car battery and one of the housekeepers helped jump me.

We were there 6 days and not once did they come clean or vacuum until I went to the front desk to request so on day 4, and even then all they did was leave the dirty sheets on the bed and made the beds up, didn’t vacuum, didn’t stock toiletries. Their breakfast items were wrapped in saran wrap, so toast, bagels etc were hard as a rock. Then when I had to go to front desk to get anything they acted like I was bothering them. This was not our first tones starting here but it is definitely going to be our last.
