I absolutely love staying here! The staff is wonderful—so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable. Plus, the location is perfect, just minutes away from the mall and Walmart. Highly recommend!

First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is a bit run-down, although the bed was pretty comfortable. No coffee maker in the room (big disappointment for us). We had a puppy with us, and she had several accidents, despite having numerous pee pads out (we did pay extra for having a pet). In using a towel to clean the mess, it came back gray, indicating a dirty floor. Yuck. The area isn't so great, either. We were treated to two sheriff's cars in the parking lot. Obviously, something was going on we weren't aware of.

The rooms are always spotless, and the staff are consistently kind and accommodating. The parking is safe and convenient, and having a Walmart right across the street is a big plus.

Wasn’t allowed to use my military discount bc I reserved the room through Expedia which is crazy bc you’d think a company would promote the use of a third party app that boosts its product up to the top for more people to see. There were 2 vehicles in the back parking lot the entire weekend I was there with flat tires so that made me feel super secure leaving my vehicle back there (not). Lights in the room did not work but the lamps did thankfully. When I reserved my room I was under the impression I’d be able to use the pool but upon arrival we found out the pool was drained and had appeared closed for some time which is no where on the booking. I give the over all experience at Olympia a 4/10. At least the beds were clean and they didn’t have roaches I guess 😂

Excellent budget friendly hotel :-)

Check in was great! Super friendly staff. :-) Our rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. Sure it's an older hotel and you can tell back in the day smoking was okay but once you get past that faint odor of the past it was fine. Continental breakfast was good. At the end of the day if you are on a tight budget this is an excellent hotel . When we visit Colorado Springs again we hope there will be a room available at the Olympia Inn. :-D

Booked my reservation online, ordered a king suite. Website said it was pet friendly when I arrived on site I was told that it would be a $50 pet fee nonrefundable and a less quality room with tile floors. I think this is an Expedia issue

The room was clean and comfortable. The bath soaps were tiny but they gave more when requested. The continental breakfast was very adequate. They provided some packaged pastries, toast, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, even cup of noodle soups. The room has a microwave and fridge, which came in handy. The staff was very friendly.

You get what you pay for here.

This place was obviously recently renovated, but on the cheap. There was an undertone of cigarette smoke trying to be masked by a fragrance. The lamp shade had a big stain on it, which they tried to hide by turn the shade around. There were patch marks everywhere that hadn't been painted and the sink was clogged. At least the bed and pillows were comfy.
