Was a nice room and conveniently located. The amenities were exactly what i needed. The furniture was a little soiled but the beds were comfortable. It also would have been nice to have a smart tv option.

The staff was Incredibly unprofessional. The bathroom was Filthy. I spoke with Gabbie. She spoke as if it was no big deal for a occupants to express an issue with the room, service. I placed a call to the front desk, a male rep answered the call I expressed my issue he hung up on me. I checked out two days early. I had to cut my trip two days. Extremely disappointed with the entire umbrella of this particular place. My review lies in the negative 10. The food quality is given to the lowest bidder and tastes like it. So wrong. Stay elsewhere!

Bed comfortable. Sheets on one bed did not look clean… so I used the other bed. Check-in check-out desk people were not very friendly.

The room was fine. The hotel is located near restaurants, so there was a loud noise from the trash bins starting at 6 a.m. The breakfast wasn't very varied.

I was not made aware when I made the reservation (and paid for the room) that there is an additional "deposit" required at check in. The clerk at the desk refused to give me a printed reciept fr the deposit, and i was told that it would be tp to 5 business days to get it credited back to my bank, Ig i had nit had a credit card with me I woulf not have been able to check in .

We didnt like the fact that the butter at the morning breakfast was cold and solid...you CAN put butter out and let it come to room temp without fear of melting or going bad, so we couldnt use it unless we microwaved it...thats dumb...our microwave in the room didnt work, the outlet next to the beds didnt work...come on guys!

Arrived to no parking because non-guests had taken all of the spaces for an event next door. Rather than enforce parking and tow those cars, we were told that we could wait until after midnight to park or find a new hotel. The halls were putrid with smoke and the staff were not enforcing the no-smoking rule. The bed was comfortable, but that doesn’t matter when you can’t check in or access your room to sleep. False marketing and poor customer service in the morning. We had a fantastic stay elsewhere for the same price, so caveat emptor.
