We did not have hot water the second day. We did not find out until we were getting ready to take a shower. The mgmt knew about the problem and did not notify anyone. When we called and they told us they didn’t know when it would be fixed, we let them know we would be checking out after we found another room elsewhere and wanted to make sure they would not be charging for the 2nd night they said if we were out by 3 they would not charge us. We had an hour to book another room, pack up and be out of the room.

The area around the hotel had a lot of homeless, which made the area dirty. I would not go for a walk, but they stayed away from the property. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the hot tub, even though it was a little small. I would stay there again.

A bit outdated but very hospitable and comfy...
I needed to change my reservation a day early. And hotels.com helped call the hotel and was able to change it. When we arrived, Janelle was so nice and pleasant. She made sure we were good with being on the second floor. The hotel is a bit outdated especially the rooms, but it was comfortable. The fridge worked well. The shower/bathroom was fine. Free breakfast was good. Overall, we had a good night and stay.

The manager was wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming and very helpful in finding places to eat. The room was ok. The sofa was worn, the window opened to let in fresh air, but had no screen..it did have a lock that allowed it to open no more then 6 inches..for safety purposes. There was no safe in the room, but one at the front desk. The bathroom sink had a steady water drip which I mentioned to the front office. The tub was in poor condition with chips on the side, the towels were very thin. The housekeeper did a nice job with the room. The king size mattress was comfortable.. Lighting as in most hotel rooms was terrible. Hard to understand why this is so, with inexpensive LED lighting available. The room served the purpose for our 2 day stay.
