I was a bit disappointed in the fact that the person staying across from our room couldn’t be bothered to move their vehicle over to their side. So we had to park in front of our unit which was fine but wanted the cover for my vehicle. That’s one reason why we stay there. Really didn’t want to wash the tree sap off of my car. Otherwise, we truly enjoy staying there.

Perfect location for traveling to Pikes Peak and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The furnishings/decor are quite dated. Outdoor area is manicured with potted plants adding to the charm. Owners are very friendly and responsive to all requests. Had a great time here!
