Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! they charged me an early fee to check in and my key didn’t work 4 different times on 2 different rooms. They said they would refund me and and they didn’t. Property is rundown, bad water pressure in bathroom shower and it sounds like they put lipstick on a pig to make it a hotel. No smoking anywhere in the property is stupid because theres literally outside areas everywhere but they make you walk across the street to a dirty lot to smoke. I’ll never stay here again and won’t recommend it to anyone. Disgusting.

Rooms and hotel were ok, walls were very thin and I could hear a conversation through the ceiling, floors, and walls. Breakfast was a joke, yogurt on the counter with some granola, Cheerios with milk on the counter and some pastries. For a health conscious hotel chain I expected more options for dairy and gluten free dietary restrictions. The staff was super friendly but obvious short staffing affected their abilities to properly handle customer concerns. Area around hotel is very poor, lots of crime and the county jail is 3 miles away. Lots of homelessness in the area.

SCP rooms are remodeled well, but where it shines is the communal spaces. Shout out to Ellie and Dante who provided excellent customer service in helping me when I was injured on my trip.

Room was very basic and not well finished. Pool was closed, exercise facility was well equipped and empty. Pros are free parking, friendly staff, and breakfast included. Cons are the area is not walkable with only a convenience store in close proximity, and basic accommodation.
