With all that we had to put up with for this stay, we are very surprised at the small amount of compensation offered. 1. No luggage carts 2. No ice 3. No washing machines 4. Mold in the bathroom 5. Broken bed frame 6. Broken stairs, very dangerous! 7. Upon departing, there was no elevator and we were on the fourth floor and had to use partially repaired staircase with cement pieces lying all over, (we have pictures of all this)

There is a Walmart (open 6am-11pm) that is an 8 minute walk. I'm disabled and had no issues with my walker. Maria the GM was fantastic. Rama has outstanding customer service skills, she is always polite. Overall a very nice property. Housekeeping was very available it seemed daily. The rooms with kitchenette was nice, large sink, microwave and full size fridge. My stay was two weeks, waiting for my condo to be ready.

A lot of shopping options... If that's what you're there for. I was blown away by how disgusting the rooms are. I would upload pix but I can't see an option to do so. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

SCAM

Do not stay at this motel. They demanded a $75 damage deposit and I said I had never heard of that from a motel before, even much nicer ones. Here it is 5 days later and we have not received it back. So my husband called and they said it would be another week. What if he hadn't called? This is a SCAM! We will be keeping an eye on our checking account and writing to corporate if we can find a number.

Facility needs upgrades. Doors and windows need to be properly sealed/weather-stripping. Paint chips/stained tub. Mouse came in. Furnature is old. No cleaning/service during my stay. Room had a fridge and microwave which was great! Front desk staff were nice.

The people at this hotel are so RUDE!!!! They dont care about the maintenance of the property!!! They we told the a few times the elevator doesnt feel right and we kept getting told its fine wellThere elevator broke down with us inside of it im am extremely claustrophobic and went into a panic attake they were taking to us threw the intercome n never called 911 i called them once we got out the elevator we were told we were now on the no rent list never asked if we were ok nothing!!!!!! Lmaoo ok first we were not planning on staying second they acted like it was our fault there ragady elevator broke down!! Do not stay here it is not worth your safty for the price!!!

Disgusting. Rip off. Should have slept in my car

Filthy,filthy,filthy. Pics look NOTHING like the room. No kitchenette, only a broken hot plate we had to carry to our room ourselves. Stairs were completely unsafe. Pubes in bathroom did not belong to us. Blankets on beds were basically just thick sheets. Price quoted on hotel .com PLUS almost 300 DOLLARS. Absolute garbage ADA pets are the ONLY pets that stay free.Scam all the way across the board.Shame on Hotels.com and Motel 6 Go ANYWHERE else.A tent would be better
