Staff is very nice and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable. The only downside I found is you can stay in the Motel 6 side without paying a pet fee but on the Studio 6 side you have to pay it. The only difference between the rooms is Studio 6 King room is slightly bigger with microwave, coffeemaker, a few cabinets, sink , and larger refrigerator BUT there is no where to hang your clothes. I am thankful for the convenient location and affordability.

Our room was dirty and the sheets and comforter were stained. Also it says it has a kitchenette with a full size fridge but it is just an apartment fridge, microwave and a small sink. The employees and managers were very rude, cussed at my husband upon check-in and also discriminated against us. While I was out of the room one time for less than 10 minutes they went in and when I came back they were going through my personal belongings and when I caught them that’s when they kicked us out.

Dirty, stinky, loud.

Dirty sheets and towels, weird sticky spots on the countertops and walls, the whole place smelled like spoiled meat, the shower had big brown spots on the curtain, and random loud noises kept waking us up in the night, every night.

I liked that it was clean, didn't appreciate staff watching me on camera, then coming out to stare me down as if i didnt check in with my id as required! Also was promised a kitchenette, had full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and no stove burners. Staff said i could come down and borrow one!

The front desk lady was really rude and not very good at customer service. They charged us additional fees that were not listed anywhere and some were contrary to what their corporate office told us. At one point our door stopped latching and we had to sit in our room for an hour and a half while a maintenance guy completely changed the door lock. There were other little things too - what you’d expect from a motel 6 - you get what you pay for…

It’s a Motel 6 and honestly the rooms are bad. The curtains are useless as they are a good 6 inches out from the windows so there is no ability to keep the room dark. The room was cleaned only one night while I was there. Had it not been for a financial issue, I would have stayed at an actual hotel.

Great stay. Great place. Was surprised I had to pay a deposit. Still waiting on reimbursement. Had few minor damages but nothing that affected the stay. Was clean. Ac worked great. Was quite. Will visit again if ever in the area.

Rama, was the one who checked me in and she refused to use my passport, which is a legal document to check in with. I have a service dog. She asked me for the paperwork and I said I did not have it and then I would like to turn it into a pet policy for my dog and she said no pets were allowed. She was just rude. She didn’t ask what kind of dog I had or anything she was just very rude. . In the end, she ended up making a false police report on me and calling the cops when I was checking out.

Fourth floor stair journey

Room was in fourth floor with no elevator service. Room itself was okay with a comfortable bed, but no shampoo was provided and front desk said none was available. Overall a good priced decent stay.
