Fabulous!
The staff is amazing, the property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with awesome housekeepers who check on you each day to make sure you have everything you need. It’s in a great area of town and the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Thank you!

Decent place
Stay was good, until the manager came to my room and was rude to me for the fact I checked in with three dogs and she told me we couldn’t have all of them there. Well you guys checked me in with all three and charged me for them. Only downside of the room was the one cabinet door was broke and the bathtub had a chip in it and you could tell where they had to do work for the pole to stay up in the shower. Also house keeping if you didn’t know Spanish you are not going to get what you want.

The entire staff is amazing. Housekeeping is absolutely wonderful and even took extra precautions to make sure my cat didn’t get out when I was gone. My room is comfortable and easy to access which helps so much. The area is great and very safe. Lots of great dining and shopping options nearby. Super awesome place to stay!!!

Nice over all
Had to call for towels 2 out of 4 days. Once was taken care of and the other we were not even given an option or an attempt to fix the problem. Room was clean and hotel was in a great location for out trip. Picture are our view from our door

Cheap cost for a cheap room
You get what you pay for. Was a cheap room online and that's what we got. Extra towels had to be checked out and signed for at the front desk. Cooking pots and pans had to be requested to deliver to the room if you wanted to use them...same for the iron. Room door was hard to close with only one screw holding the door kick plate in place. Gap under the room door was about 2 inches and any car or motorcycle driving down the main road sounded like it was running up the walkway in front of the door. Overall, it was a room to sleep in and no frills. ...you get what you pay for.

The property has a great location but is poorly maintained. My stay was in the extended stay Studio 6. House keeping only speaks Spanish and always shorted you on towels. The room always had a dirty floor as all the door seals were non existent thus dirt constantly blowing in. I had a kitchenette, but that is a joke. Nothing to cook with or in, no plates or eating utensils, glasses. They don’t restock coffee or paper cups. They allow more than two dogs per unit and don’t charge. If you are of Hispanic race the rules don’t apply. Stay as long as you wish. Supposedly there is a max stay of 28 days for vacations. The laundry facilities are not operational. There are better options in the area.

Everything was great the rooms to clean, until we went to the bathroom the tub was full of pubic hair the sink look like somebody just had back wash water there was a pee in the toilet that wasn’t flushed and there was pubes on the toilet luckily I brought my cleaning stuff if not I would not have been using the bathroom
