Check in was a breeze, reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, there were a few stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the Complimentary breakfast was not good, most food was lukewarm and no flavor. Omelette station saved the day. Checkout was easy. Valeria was wonderful; my grandson left his dress shoes and she reached out via text to notify and make arrangements for pickup or option to donate. Overall very pleased.

This is a real gem! From the large and inviting lobby with fireplace and comfortable seating to the large, indoor pool, public areas were inviting and well maintained. The complementary breakfast was far beyond the fare normally offered as it included eggs and omelettes to order, in addition to waffles, French toast, sausage and ham, and more. The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom has hot water immediately, and good water pressure. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. This is the place to stay if you are visiting near the Air Force Academy.

Pretty good overall, breakfast was good and worth it, there was however a VERY loud door alarm going off for the entire the three nights I was there. It was loud enough that you could hear it from across the street and in most of the room. Why staff didn't mute it I have no idea

The property is somewhat outdated but clean. The blinds in my room were tore on the edges. Furniture not old but aged looking. I really enjoyed the comfy seating around a nice fire place. Breakfast buffet was decent. The best part was a chef making made to order omlets. Very friendly staff.
