Room was very dirty, thread bare, abused and not maintained, door was sprung and wouldn’t lock properly, a man walked in in the middle of the night, poor amenities, poor breakfast, I killed a scorpion in the lobby, desk help doesn’t know their job.

We enjoyed the stay overall. The Hotel was nice and so was the staff. The only problem was our neighbor. They were doing their thing for hours, very loudly. But with the great Tv's they have in the rooms we just turned the volume up until we couldn't hear. :) Lemonade from Lemons with that situation. But everything within the hotels control was great.

The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel room was in good condition. The TV options were limited and the microwave was very low powered, even on high. The process for getting your room cleaned was too complicated also, but it was overall nice.

Cigarettes smell every where. Often sees cops in and around hotel. Rooms are so dirty and stains on the towels and blankets. Not ideal for families to stay. And very limited options for breakfast.

It is an older hotel, with long term stayers, that obviously are struggling to make ends meet. The A\C unit worked really well.... just really loudly. The toilet had very week water flow, but he tub next to it had great water pressure. shower shows some age with stains\rust areas. Breakfast had limited options, but seemed clean and had a person watching and cleaning up, continuously. Everyone was VERY friendly that worked there.

Hotel different Than Pictures Online

We booked this overnight stay as the pictures online showed a clean room with updated beds and bedspreads, etc. online it looked like a lovely, comfortable two queen room bedroom. The the online rating and picture was actually opposite of what it looked like. They miss handled our reservation as it was already confirmed and they gave our room away. We checked in again at 10 PM and they gave us a different room that was in very poor condition. We had to change rooms right away as the toilet was broken and running. The gal at the desk when we first confirmed, Latricia, was very helpful and made the reservation for us. But in the seven hours that we were gone, they changed us to a different room. She had put a note on the computer saying to hold this room and they changed it. The housekeeper had cleaned the room, but the room itself was in very poor condition. We would definitely not stay here again.

We selected this room on Expedia based on a lot of "GOOD" reviews. I was surprised what "GOOD"reviews meant. I guess for the price -it was "ok" - but room was very old / AC vent hadn't been properly cleaned and didn't work well - Over all - the room was clean but very old and run down . Bed fairly comfy - Given all that we experienced - I would book this hotel again. I would prefer something more updated even if it meant paying a little more.

Great stay - if the year is 1962!

Stayed two nights, that's two nights too long. Based on decent reviews, we were shocked to find 3 electric outlets in the entire room. One contained a power strip behind the fridge/microwave/tv area and only had one outlet available. One was under the desk and had a light plugged in, so only one outlet available there. And one next to the chair in the corner. We always bring extra "outlet extenders" but you have to have an outlet to use them! Couldn't plug in a CPAP machine and a phone charger, let alone hair tools, tablets, watch chargers, etc. When we arrived, a homeless guy was sitting on the bench out front, another homeless lady and her dog sitting on the bench near our access door. The side access door DID NOT LOCK, day or night, so anyone could access the hotel. The bathroom had no place to put any toiletries - a cracked pedestal sink, and of course, NO POWER OUTLETS! Will not stay here again - not sure who gave this good ratings, but it was not a pleasant place to stay! I would much rather spend my time writing a good review, but I don't want others to make the same mistake we did...

Property called the night before and overbooked my room reservation. Had to change from a 2 bedroom suite to 2 separate bedrooms. No closets, very small bathroom areas. Strange smell in the room. It was a non-smoking property, but the hallway smelled like cigarettes. The continental breakfast was very dismal.
