It was a good spot to stay for an overnight and visit to local sites. TV didnt work, a vacuum wouldnt hurt. Otherwise good stay.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Close to everything, including a beautiful park and playground, public transportation, and walking distance to historic manitou springs area. Enjoyed every minute!

Clean place with good location
These are cabins that are walking distance to the historic and shopping district. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Don’t expect good breakfast even though it’s advertised as included.

Quaint old school lodging. We stayed in an old stone cabin and it was well maintained and fairly updated with a vibe from decades long past. Bathroom was recently painted and well maintained, but probably 30-40 years old? I'd stay there again. The location can't be beat.

The Villa Motel is a great choice for a visit to Manitou Springs. The shops and restaurants were a short walk. For a visit to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods the location is superb. The Motel is clean and quiet with a nice pool and hot tub.

The Villa Motel was great. It was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed time by the pool. It was nice to see the up keep of the property being done every day.

Very convenient location with excellent walkability to shops, restaurants, cafes, et al. Nicely remodeled and clean. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars was due to a slight musty smell in our cabin. It triggered my wife's asthma enough to leave her coughing all night.
