The hotel is easy to get to and close to downtown Cripple Creek. I didn't like the fact that there was no continental breaksfast.

Nice hotel needs different parking arrangement.
It was a nice and clean hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The Golden Nugget hotel did not have any parking at the hotel but you could park in the Casino parking garage that kept the fierce wind and cold off of your car for free but you had to walk over to the casino once you parked your car to get you car. Kind of silly but the hotel was built after the casino. No underground or overpass to keep you out of the elements. Kind of silly but we just happened to be there on a very bad weather day.

We arrived early, about noon, maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. We had to pay $40 to check in early, even though clean rooms were available. Cheesy. Probably my last stay at a Golden Nugget hotel.

I liked the proximity to the Golden nugget casino and the shuttle to town. I don’t like the fact that even after Covid is over you still have to call front desk to get your room cleaned daily. We stayed 4 days and had to ask for towels and water and coffee daily and only got our trash emptied once in 4 days. Covid is over clean the rooms daily again!!

The checkin was fast and easy. The room seem to be clean. I did find a few hairs in the shower tub. The toilet was dirty, it had pee stains. Tried uploading photos but even though app says to upload it didn't let me.
