Mattress was uncomfortable, sheets kept popping off as well. Advertised a kitchen, but no utensils, plates, pots or pan available unless you purchase them. Other places let you check them out at the front, but not here. No coffee pot or even ice machine. Expedia needs to note this on the hotel page. The point of using an all in one app like Expedia is to not need to research every property yourself.

This was our second time staying here. It’s close to the arena my boys had a tournament at. It’s very clean and quiet. The staff is so friendly. And the breakfast options are great. Will stay again next year!

This is a no frills property - not even coffee, conditioner/lotion or ice. Walking into the locked lobby has a feeling of entering a locked mental health facility, the rooms and elevator smelled really bad and the dogs barking kept us up. I felt unsafe and ended up leaving at 2am after hearing people fighting and found another hotel for the rest of my stay. The price is not worth it.

Lipstick on a pig hotel

This hotel is like the saying “lipstick on a pig”… it seems decent and new but when you peel back the layers, it’s a bad experience all the way around! First ZERO COFFEE!, anywhere onsite. No coffee pot in rooms, none in lobby ( even though the rules you sign say they provide 24/7 coffee), no machine to even BUY a coffee. THIS IS A HUGE NO NO in hotel world. I don’t care if your prices are cheap. Charge me $10 more for coffee onsite! The beds are TERRIBLE! Reminds me of a college dorm bed, all squeaky and cheap! The fitted sheet kept popping off the mattress and I’d awake to my face planted on the raw mattress! Omg GROSS GROSS! Kitchenettes in room, but no utensils, cup, pots, pans or ANY thing in it. The walls are paper thin! You can hear EVERYTHING ALL NIGHT LONG. The clientele is a little out of place for such a great location. Ohhhhh and WIFI SUCKS! I had no cell signal in the building and WiFi sucked sooooo bad nothing would load!, No pool and no breakfast. GM JOYCE was a breath of fresh air when I complained. She’s going to bat with all these basic issues. IF I WERE THE OWNER I’D WATCH 10 EPISODES OF HOTEL IMPOSSIBLE on Discovery plus. These new owners are penny wise and pound foolish!

Staff was great, our room was nice. Loved the full sized fridge and microwave! Unfortunately we had small kids above us and they thought it was a playground. They stayed up late and started early the next day! Kids :)
