We booked on Hotels.com for 8 nights at $69 a night supposed to be $608 wirh tax. I called ahead of time and sent a credit card authorization firm to pay for the stay. They didn't charge the card. At check in they asked if we had a pet. We said No. They still charged us approximately $85 for a pet. They also charged us a tourist fee. Total charged $720. I called and asked why they charhed more. They refunded the pet fee and regunded one night stay. My wide is allergic to dogs and there is so much dander in the room she ended up sick in bed. Eyes swollen. They do not clean the rooms properly. So beware of extra charges, tourist fees not listed on hotsls.com, and pet dander.

What can I say that is positive? Nothing. They advertise kitchenettes but do not supply any pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. You can rent subpar ones at the front desk. That is truly outrageous. Also, housekeeping is EXTRA? What 3rd world do we live in? Only one towel given! Please Stay at another Hotel and save yourself the agony!

Decent for the price. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Full size fridge and stove were great, but there is nothing to cook with so you have to bring your own dishes. No ice machines either. Lots of dogs off leashes. Glad there was a gym but it was hot with no remote for the TV and no dumbbells. Great location. No frills stay for a low price.

Front desk at check-in was awesome and very friendly. There were no ice machines anywhere in the building. The friendly lady at the front desk even gave me some ice out of her personal tray in her office. Other problem was there was no carpet on the floor of the rooms. Made for a noisy place when someone in the room above us just walked across their room

The front desk clerk told me they only do housekeeping every 2 wks and it looks like it. My room had hair all over the bathroom floor. The room floor looked as if it hasn’t been mopped in weeks. The building overall was in great shape and so was the room. I felt like the cleaning needs improvement.

I booked not knowing the area. High rating and somewhat expensive, I expected a pretty nice place. It’s newly constructed, clean room, and nice staff. The room is like a dorm room. Small bed that’s high off the ground, and simple kitchen area. No frills, economy all the way, lots of families/people apparently living there. Messy hallways and extra bags of trash piled by the trash cans outside.

Front desk hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I may have missed it in the fine print but no kitchen utensils are provided. You may rent pots pans plates and utensils. If you’re going on the cheap and are eating out it’s a great place.
