The only disappointments were that there wasn't an extra blanket in the room to add to the bed. That prevented the bed from being as comfortable as it could have been. Also, the included breakfast provided no protein. No eggs or sausage. Only waffles and sweets.

They cut corners and just slapped some paint on the walls and called it a hilton. Not a hilton standard hotel. I want real cream for my coffee and they only had coffemate, which has no cream in it. I wanted a waffle and they hid the nonstick spray and told me they could only use it twice. Made a mess and tried to talk some common sense in to the two that were working and they didn't get it. Like deer in the headlights...there was an obvious cultural barrier if you know what i mean. Hilton should not associate their name with this Spark hotel.
