I liked the soap dispensers in rooms. No coffee maker surprised me but coffee/hot water is available in lobby--also has a waterbottle refill station in lobby. Iron & board was handy to dewrinkle clothes in suitcase. It was clean & comfortable.

This hotel seems to be a recent acquisition by Hilton. While it is an older property, Hilton is working to upgrade it to their standards. The bed was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast does serve meat. How can you eat a waffle without a side of meat 😲However, I noticed mold around the trim of the bathroom tub, which could be easily addressed with Clorox bleach. I wouldn't stay here again until the upgrades are completed. Overall, this hotel is suitable for a weekend stay in Colorado Springs (COS).

The physical location is great and fairly up to date. It is a pet friendly establishment according to its description. However, no price is posted for good reason. There is a non refundable $75 charge. I suggest not going for the pay ahead of time option when you make your online reservation so you can walk away and go to a neighboring chain that is honestly pet friendly if you don’t like the extra non refundable pet charge.

The location, arrangement, comfort — everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, but can be improved by adding some meat items. Overall — excellent!

Not our kind of Hilton stay

The food was unsatisfactory, and the milk was spoiled. We stayed for two days and, on the second day, went out for breakfast. The rooms were small, and the hallway was unclean. The hotel was outdated, and the pool was cold and murky. These were not the amenities we had anticipated. We will not be staying here again.

My imagination went to a very dark place when i walked into this hotel. I instantly did not feel safe with my family, there was strong air freshner trying to cover up other smells you could still smell, the person at the front desk wasnt friendly. The hallways were dimly lit and almost smoggy. We immediatly left and they charged me $85 for cancelling. I didnt care. We were not going to stay there. Hourly hotel may be close to what this place represented. There was a popcorn ceiling in our room-which is typically asbestos. Hope this helps another family. Area seems run down and unsafe as well.

I would stay here again, location is good property is clean. My room qas excellent but there was some blood on my pillow. They brought me a case. Overall pretty good. Breakfast was ok but could be better.
