We ended up leaving. The sheets were stained, the mirror was broken, the carpet was not clean, the tv didn't work. I decided not to stay once I found roaches near the sink. The attendant on duty was unable to help, but said he would request a refund. I reached out to the manager and have not heard anything back. Most likely won't get a refund. I would look for another hotel before staying here.

Old carpet, bedding, towels etc. and worn out. Broken bathroom heater. Broken shower regulator (couldn’t adjust the water temperature). The fire alarm went off because of the steam from shower. No breakfast.

My room had cockroaches in it that I killed. The TV did not have any signal for a picture. This property is at the end of the world. if the world was flat, there would be danger of falling off.

We were going to stay here for just one night, just a few hours. As soon we we pull in we notice cop cars are circling the building (not great) but let it go. We checked in and got our room which we were told was the “nicest” room. We let the cops and a K9 into the hotel and turns out it was for a drug bust. 4 police cars with 8 cops come in. We get upstairs to our room and we’re looking around. The sheets have cigarette burns in them and there’s cockroaches on the ceiling. We informed the front desk that there was cockroaches in our room. She told us that since we paid with a third party they would refund us the night stay, to just tell them Thresa said a refund was okay. Well after fighting with Expedia for 3 days, the hotel refuses to give me my money back, even though they said they would. So, my advice, do not stay here. Cockroaches, drug busts, and an incredibly shady staff who will tell you what you want to hear, just for them to lie, so they can keep your money. Oh, they did refund my $25 cleaning fee. So I guess that’s one plus.

The pool was open this time which was fantastic for my 5 year old grandson. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It seemed to be in better shape than the last time we were there !!

I never make evaluations, but this experience was that bad. Although there was no one at desk upon arrival we didn't wait long and check in was ok. TV wasn't connected; bedside light would not turn off; found beetle in the shower; only one each bath towel, hand towel, and very dingy wash cloth for 2 of us. No one at desk in AM. One lady waited over 2 hours to get into her room because her key failed, and no one was around. With no one around, there was no breakfast. My husband called the police because the computer was open and a partially eaten sandwich was at the front desk. It looked like something nefarious could have happened. The facility looked like it was on its last leg. Awful experience. Expedia, you should ditch this place.

I’m still waiting for my $50.00 “incidentals” charge to be processed. 7 phone calls and still nothing. I guess I need my cc to block it. So many red flags with this property, granted I didn’t expect much, but people “hanging” all around the parking lot. Our room had holes in the comforter. The “pillow top” on the mattress was something that could have been purchased for camping. Not hotel quality. One women who worked there at the front desk appeared to care, the owner, not so much. Try the next hotel down the highway. The tv didn’t work either. The picture in the ad isn’t the room you get.
