Worst ever! I normally try to find positive in everything. Nothing positive here. Air conditioning broke, shower sprayed wall not on you, phone not even hooked up in one room, one room phone had no buttons they were missing, door did not have working security bar/chain. If all hotels in area weren't full we would have moved hotels. Also 2 days after check out waiting on 50.00 fee per room they charged to ensure you didn't smoke in room. Was charged this for 2 rooms.

Do not stay here!
Our initial check-in receptionist was terrible. He gave us a room that was missing drawers chair, microwave fridge, and deadbolt. Not to mention that it had a weird smell. I requested a new room. He was very annoyed and had a lot of attitude. While we were moving to our other room, our children got fussy because it was very late in the night and they were tired. We were almost settled in And the receptionist is right outside my door and starts talking to me like I’m a five year old. He was very creepy and continued getting in my space. There was mold everywhere we even got a chance to see some roaches. The hotel was not smoke-free at all. There was raccoon poop in the vent above our shower. In the second room, we got the sheets were not clean, and there were also roaches within the sheets. Also, don’t count on having breakfast. They only make enough for the first couple of families that show up.

Building is in need of maintenance, bathroom sink leaks, shower knob broken, wholes in the wall, loose electrical outlets. Breakfast was stale muffins and yogurt, no hot meal options except waffles. Overall a less than satisfactory stay, very disappointing

My initial room had someone using the toilet when I entered the room. When I was given another room, there was broken furniture in the room and several wet stains on the carpeting. Do not ever stay at this hotel.

Upon arrival, we found a roach in the freezer that was dead and frozen over. Then, we found a live one just behind the fridge and a small one inside the microwave. So 3 infestation roaches within the same space. We asked for someone to come remove it. The employee came and tried scraping the one in the freezer off with his key chain, but to no avail. Then, he grabbed a napkin and picked up other two that we killed. I asked to be moved to a different room, and I was told they can't do that tonight because all the rooms are booked. Then we turned the sink on, and there was literally no water pressure at all; the water was barely coming out. The next day, using the shower, the shower head was just as bad. When we checked out, the receptionist said they can give us back a total of $14 refund. I paid close to $140 with taxes for one night, and i got 14 dollars back for sleeping in a room that had 3 roaches and no water pressure in the bathroom. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

Broken down hotel!
Horrible! And we were not the only ones! I want a full refund! Checked into room 207 floor by a/c drenching wet. Moved to roo. 306. Turned on a/c. Came back few hours later room steaming hot. Was told mngr was taking care of other a/c problems he would be up. Never the less 11pm my 6 yr old granddaughter neededti be to bed hours ago they say no extra rooms gave us a fan and said 25 percent off bill told them hotels.co. showed rooms and we asked if we left if we could get our money. Hour lster 310 was available with ac. Mgr said since they switched our room we were not getting a 25 percent refund. Not to mention hisband was stuck in elevator for 15 min because it broke and when we went to check out no carts they in rear office they said they had none. But whe. Husband was done carrying down everything they appeared. Spoke to 5 other guest no ones ac was working. They are separated units. Im contacting baymont themselves onthis!!!
