The entrance had a terrible smell, when I reached my room there was a stringer odor, trash in the bathroom, black mold in the bathroom, broken microwave and the phone and heat didn't work. I reported this to the desk clerk and he lied to me and refused to help me.

This is one of them properties the pictures do lie! Soon as you walk in there is a smell and that lets you know they NEVER CLEAN THIS HOTEL! The walls look like they never been wiped down at all! The painted it chipped the floors stained! And then there is the room! Appliances completely rusted and stained tub stained furniture stained like just replace it at that point! The curtains in the room had holes and would not even close completely so closing them for darkness is a complete waste! PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTLE FOR YOUR STAY! THERE IS A REASON THE ROOMS RUN CHEAP! And then they charge you a $50 deposit and try to keep it! I usually like Wyndham stays but this was one of the worst ones I literally could not find and comfort and got up and left soon as the sun rose!

The fact that all that room and it has no microwave, no refrigerator, carpet dirty, sheets dirty. Never again. They have the ordacity to hold a security deposit! There's nothing to damage!

We reserved and paid when we got there they had the flexibility of canceling and changing dates up until the day before check out. And everyone was friendly and helpful over all very good stay.

arrived 30mins early , wasnt able to check-in until the lady at the front desk was ready. she was extremely rude. there were roaches in my room! i let the lady know at the front desk, her response was “i’ll tell maintenance”. maintenance came & sprayed & goes “we never had any complaints about roaches.”.. complete LIE & you can clearly tell. the hotel wasnt what i expected. vending machines took my money, & didnt work AT ALL! 2/10.
