Clean, modern and dog friendly.

This hotel was convenient for us to access our event. The area appeared safe (especially since we were walking dogs) and parking options were good. We were impressed with the appearance of the facility and the welcoming staff at the desk. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I could offer is to have coffee available in the lobby for guests. Room options for coffee only provided for one small cup each.

As soon as you walk in Valet has better customer service than the actual hotel property. The night auditor Kristin was absolutely rude! No greeting or anything if I don’t open up my mouth to say good evening we would’ve been just staring at each other. Asked a question about the price of parking just for clarification and got the nastiest response from her like I was incompetent. Definitely not an experience from a staff member a guest should receive after traveling miles to spend money for a stay at this property for the first time.
