The guy that checked me in was not friendly at all, it was almost like he didn't want to be there. My room has a caterpillar crawling on the wall and a spider in the corner of the room by the door and in the bathroom by the sink, and it smelt moldy. Also, when I turned the heat on the smoke detector started going off, so I had to sleep in a freezing room.

Very dirty. Front of building smells like cat urine. Took 20 minutes to get checked in because no one was at the desk. When she did appear she didnt even check my id. Just throws the room key at me. Will never return.

Friendly staff, updated decor, breakfast good but room was not refreshed and no advance notice was given, with no housekeeping service, was such reflected in the price? COVID is over! Room was disgusting, filthy. First given entrance to a room that was already occupied!! Got screamed at by that person. Horrible place to stay!!!!
