Would not stay again. We were woken up by a phone call from the front deal at 1AM to tell us that a previous guest had left a pair of boots in the closet and they would like to come get them. Are you kidding? That should have waited until the morning or the housekeeping staff should have checked the closet while cleaning before checking in other guests. Room smelled awful and there was toothpaste in the sink from the last guest. Gross.

I had a reservation set with a confirmation number. When I arrived at the property, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. When trying to check in, I found out that they gave my room away and I had to stay in a relative’s room, and the bathtub was dirty. Never staying here again.

My room was clean on check in. No bedbugs in my room was a bonus. There was no shower curtain in my room. The handle to the mini fridge was about to break off so I didn’t use the handle. The fridge did get and stay cold. The bed was comfortable. I could barely hear anything outside my room. Be prepared to scroll through 300 television channels before you find a channel that actually works. Yay direct tv. I didn’t use any of the facilities or eat the free breakfast, so I can’t rate those. All in all I knew what I was getting into paying what I did for a room so no real complaints. Sorry for all the wet towels.

Smell of Marijuana in a wafting into a nonsmoking room a few times during my stay and not resolved by managment or staff. Also innthe elevator. Everything else was fine. Not the best food or room care but still comfortable and quiet and clean. Nice pool kind staff.

Good enough stay
The hotel was clean. But the property looked a little worse for wear - like it was an older property. The bed was comfortable and the hallway was quiet. The safe in my room was locked and wouldn't open. When I reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it. The cooked eggs for the included breakfast were adequate but did not look very appetizing. This was my first stay at a Comfort Suites. The stay was good enough I would consider staying at Comfort Suites again.

Horrible Adventure
The customer service was horrible. My friend got sick from her room smelling like chemicals and a bug on her bed. She notified front desk and requested to change room. They told her she could have her money back or get a different room in after checkout the next day. I told her to stay in my room for the night. Shortly after that, they told her she had to vacate the premises all together, without an explanation. Then, they called her and said, I had to leave also, without giving me a reason and she won't get her money back until we both left. Needless to say, police a nd ambulance was called. Police reported they had 3 other calls to this hotel for same reason.

Upon arrival the hotel seemed clean the reception had an attitude,I went to my room it was being treated for bugs she still put me in it when I asked for another room I was asked to leave my guest was asked to leave that was in a different room.police were called an ambulance the quality of rooms were fine other than people out side the door smoking but the service was horrible.Ps.the manager was horrible also she even said all hotels has some bed bugs "
