Stayed for my husbands graduation at fort Jackson. Very convenient, but DIRTY! We found a cockroach in the bathroom and to fix the issue they moved us a door over…. It was around midnight and we were exhausted so I didn’t put up the fight, but I barely slept with how disgusting it felt. Just stay away. I actually feel bad for the employees. They seem to care but they have nothing to work with. I also had to have someone open our door each time to let us in because our key card wouldn’t work. Worst stay of my life.

Price is affordable. Pool was out of service the whole time. Breakfast options minimal and not good customer service when you have to ask for assistance. Manager has refused to return my calls after multiple attempts regarding my unpleasant stay.

It was ghetto. TV didnt work properly. Staff response time to fix the TV was slow. Staff smoking weed on premises. And beer was left in the refrigerator. The people were friendly. And the hotel outside was damaged. Someone drove through the room. it was boarded up with wood. Smh!

The room I was check in was dirty and floor wasn’t clean and there was black mold inside the mattress so if you think about staying here check the mattress for black mold I was very upset and for being a comfort inn hotel i expect to be better I stay two nights and I won’t ever stay there and their was black reddish stein in on of the pillows.
