I love the huge hot tub! The breakfast is good as well. Staff is always welcoming and willing to help when needed. Have been here twice now and will rebook every time we’re in Jefferson City, MO!

It seemed there was always someone cleaning so they took pride in the cleanliness. Nice pool. I wish they had room darkening shades.

Limited dining around hotel. However, we had interactions with three different staff members at the check in area at different times of the day. All of them were one of the best we have ever encounter. The staff for breakfast was also excellent.

Check in was easy and the staff was good. The king size bed was very nice. The system to operate the TV in the room was pretty silly; two remotes to operate and a separate sheet of instructions at check in. We never did get it to work and we followed the directions to the letter.

Everything was nice, but guests had plugged up the swimming pool with trash. So we had to go next door to another hotel to use their pool, and it was freezing cold.

Overall good stay with some negatives
Service was great, beds were good, overall was a good stay. A couple negatives were the mildew smell in our room was hard to get used to, think it was coming from the A/C unit. Wi-Fi was so weak it would drop off our phones and we only had like 1/3 of the channels that the guide said we would.
