Stayed at comfort Suites before unfortunately this one didn’t measure up! Water was turned off from 11:00-5:00 one day! No one came to clean our room. At least they could have emptied trash, refilled tissues or dropped off more towels! The first night, we couldn’t get the hot water to work to take a shower!

Disappointing

We have stayed at this location numerous times simply because of proximity to our children & Stan’s coffee next door. This visit we could see a definite deterioration of the hotel. The toilet wouldn’t stop running on its own, the mini fridge kept making a haunting noise, keeping us awake at night so we had to unplug it altogether, the flooring was dangerously lifting & if you’re looking for “free breakfast”, this is not the place. They offer it but it’s really just sad with powdered egg substitute. Stan’s restaurant next door does have some great biscuits and gravy though lol. It also took about 10 minutes to get hot water flowing in the shower! Not good when it’s winter & you’re standing there naked wanting hot water. They also had signs up notifying their guests that there was a staff shortage so trash & towels “would be collected”. Would be as opposed to “would not”. It was just disappointing all around. I think we’ll look for something else next trip. 4x’s is enuff grace for this place.
