Our room was very clean and cold for a good night sleep. The sheets were so silky soft & comfortable. The breakfast was good and filling for our continued road trip. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Parking Fee on Hotel.Com App

While on the app Hotels.Com they have a parking fee of $22 a night. When I arrived at the hotel the employee informed me Hotels.Com implemented this fee no the Hotel. There parking lot was like any other Hotel first come first serve. Do Not Fall for this Fraud when listed on app !!!! I have asked for a $44 refund without receiving a reply. This is FRAUD !! I am cancelling any further trips through this app. There is Absolutely no reason for this charge to apply.The Hotel was fine and employees really nice and helpful. They informed me other customers had ask about this and it has nothing to do with Hotel !!!
