Wonderful stay! Very quiet & smooth checkin. Room was clean well stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, cups…etc. several restaurants and stores within walking distance or 2-3 min drive.

While the stay overall was great, the cleaning staff was very loud during the day. Between the slamming doors and the banging of the cleaning carts, it made the day time hours hard to enjoy.

The front desk attendant was not pleasant at all. I inconvenienced her by checking in. They double charged me for my room and could not provide me with a receipt. It took 20 min of attitude from the front desk person until the manager finally fixed the issue. The service was so bad I canceled my regular stay(3 days per month) here for the rest of the year.

Such a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay! The front desk attendant was super nice. The room rate was surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was ample and well served. Will definitely look for this chain in the future!

Quick easy check-in process, stayed one night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower/bathroom was clean had no issues with room. Breakfast had basic selection of hot foods but very good continental breakfast. Overall, would stay again next time I’m in Columbia.
