The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful! Skip hotels.com and book directly thru the hotel. No hidden charges that way. Spent $75 more than the website told me bc of hotels.com.

It certainly is "old" and needed to be much updated! Just "dark" and wood and painted areas needed to be replaced and painted! Needs to be "brighted" up!! However new 1 piece shower/bathtub was beautiful!! Staff very friendly and accommodating

I got a suite with a jetted tub the jets didnt even work i didnt use them until late that night so i didnt know and by 12 midnight it was to late to complain really disappointing
