So before I booked I always read the reviews. Some were good and some no so good. We stayed for 1 night and it was fine. Something to consider it is a older place and what comes with a older place is outdated stuff. It was comfortable and you are only staying to sleep there, not hangout. If you want something fancy go stay at one of the newer hotels. For the price I believe I got my monies worth and the staff was fantastic. Would I stay again yes.

Raddison should be ashamed to have their name on this property. It is very dirty and dingy. The carpet was nasty, the furniture was all banged up. Walls were scraped up and paint peeling off everywhere. Wallpaper was falling down. It smelled like marijuana. Just nasty overall. Staff was nice

The place is old, needs updating, the room & the carpet smelled musty and moldy, the room key took 3 times to unlock and move the handle before it engaged, the electrical outlets were old and did not fit my plug ins, the shower was hard to engage, the TV remote volume did not work, the remote in the living room did not work, there were no USB outlets to plug ANYTHING in, there was short staff, so service was EXTREMELY slow. If I had known someone in the area, I would have NEVER spent time here. It was HORRIBLE and I don't know how your owners can consider to honestly book this place.

From the front desk clerks to the cleaning staff to those who kept the breakfast buffet supplied each morning, the hotel was excellent. However, those planning to use this hotel should be aware that the bathroom is VERY small. The door barely misses the toilet when opened and the toilet is so close to the tub that there is no room to place the bath mat on the floor. Beds are comfortable but the rooms are not as noise-proof as we would have liked. We could also hear folks talking outside our window from the second floor. The hotel is in close proximity to Fort Jackson for anyone going to see the graduation of their soldier from BMT.

The room was fine, beds were fine. Surfaces wiped clean etc. However you could see dirt debris in all the corners where more thorough cleaning/vacuuming would have taken care of that. This was not a one time miss but a build up over time. This is why I didn't give higher overall ratings.

Everything was great. I wish I remember the name of the employee who checked us in around 5pm on Oct 7- she was absolutely so funny and welcoming. She even arranged for my in-laws to have a room on the same floor as us. We loved this location for our visit to fort Jackson. Highly recommend it for families with kids as the pool is perfect and the hot tub works great.

The room I stayed in no lights worked in the living room or sitting area. I reach for the light to see if they were loose and were grease dirty. bed and bath area were clean . but room needs repairs
