Worst Days Inn ever

I'm disabled and use a wheelchair, I expressly requested a handicap room. I couldn't get into the room with my chair farther then the bed next to the door. Then the hotel is connected to a truck stop, which I don't remember is the description. Overall I am very disappointed.

The food was good and the room was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Only problem was the room wasn't dark enough and (no fault of the facility) someone staying in next room was up partying all night being very loud and obnoxious!

What I would suggest to the property owners is to remove the old spiral fluorescent bulbs in the lamps and replace them with LED bulbs that provide better illumination and are safer. Other than that I enjoy staying there when I’m in Kingdom City.

I wish they posted pictures of the outside i thought it was an inside hotel it’s an outside hotel not a problem but there’s bugs EVERYWHERE. They got our reservation messed up charged us twice for the hotel and didn’t let us know that it was under a different name and both front desk lady’s are literally so slow it was hard to communicate with both of them. I’ve stayed in so many hotels this is the worst one and will never come back.
