Very large stain on the carpet near the door. General upkeep on paint etc needs attention overall. It’s not a cheap hotel. It’s also a Hilton. They can and should do better.

Terrible. I was placed in a room with a leak in the ceiling. The leak may have been from a cooling unit on the floor above. There was one person on staff overnight for the entire building.I was told no one was on staff overnight and they were at full capacity. They refused to refund me because I booked through a third party. They moved me later the following day to a noisier room across from laundry when I asked. I was told my phone number was not working. This was truly an inconvenience and management did not handle this well. I never spoke with management.
