The pool area was really nice and it had a cozy outdoor sitting area that looked out on the lake. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a Hampton. Room was clean and rhe beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly. The fixtures were old and not taken care of. The tub didn’t want to drain. The ac had mold all over it. Coughed all night and woke up all stuffed up. I found mold in the coffee maker in the room. The mattress was thin and definitely not pillow top. It wasn’t a room where you felt comfy to stay in at all. There is a lot in the area to go to and the outside of the property was taken care of. I didn’t use the pool so I’m not sure how that was. Their breakfast bar was decent. The staff was the best part of the stay. It could be that I just happened to get a bad room.

The property was well stocked and comfortable. The beds and linens were great. The kids loved the game room. However there was a huge issue with parking. We weren’t told until after we arrived that we only had 2 parking spot’s although the area was mostly empty. I received over 6 phone calls and texts from David Schick on August 2 including asking me to resubmit my license information which I already sent prior to arrival. I felt this was borderline harassment. So in conclusion, we loved the property but the due to the parking, I would not recommend this property even though it sleeps ten. Rose Tierney
