The beds were poorly made. There was hair on the toilet and where blow dryer sits. Cabinet was not clean where refrigerator sits. Looked like very small blood droplets were on pillowcase. Rooms are very dark. Young lady was nice to move us to a different room although not much of a change. Charging ports by bedside were inoperable. But the receptionist was nice and breakfast was good Staff was nice

I stay at this property 2-3 times/year and am never disappointed. I have come to appreciate the leadership of the general manager, Angela Emerson. She is everywhere, making sure everything possible is done to make the stay pleasant and enjoyable for the customers. Hampton Inn needs more like her!

This is my third time staying here. While I enjoyed the other two times, the property has seemed to start declining. My fridge would not get cold, even though we called maintenance up to check it. The breakfast service wasn't as good as my last visits. At around 0900, she seemed to slow down on bringing out hot food, and the fruit and yogurt ran out both days, and the hotel wasn't that crowded. I'm not sure I will stay there my next visit home.

Family visit, perfect place to stay
Was in town for a 4 day visit with family and friends. This was the perfect location between them all. The grounds and hotel were clean and very inviting. Check in was pleasant and was greeted warmly and cheerfully. The room was quite, clean, and spacious. Blackout shades worked really well. The only thing is I'd like a tad bit more shower water pressure, but it still did the job. The morning breakfasts were good, along with the coffee, which was always available in the lobby area as well. Perfect for the cold evenings that were creeping in. Check out was a breeze. Staff again were great and helpful. Keep up the great work. I would stay here again for sure.

Excellent stay! The staff was courteous, the room was clean and well laid out, the barn door in the bathroom actually worked, the shower was wonderful, the AC unit was easy to figure out. Lots of variety for breakfast. The only thing I would add is recycling in the room or lobby.

My only complaint was our room had pet hair all over the carpet and the bathroom floor. Obviously the hotel offers accommodations for pets, but do not do a good cleaning behind the pets
