My only complaint was our room had pet hair all over the carpet and the bathroom floor. Obviously the hotel offers accommodations for pets, but do not do a good cleaning behind the pets

The last Hampton we stayed in the lobby and public areas were decorated really nice for Fall and Halloween. This one felt very sterile and nothing pretty there. The staff wasn’t as friendly either.

I thought the property was well kept. The customer service was on point at check in. I wasn't able to check n early but that was ok. I wish had a room closer to the elevator but it wasn't at all. The room was very neat and spacious. I loved the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were too. I loved the set up of the bathroom and wanted to stay in the shower forever. I would have loved to give a perfect score but my issue was tissue. I asked for tissue to be brought to the room and they asked if i could come down to get it. I told her no I could not. Believe any other time I would but I couldn't that night I was very tired. She said it was be thirty minutes to an hour. I was a little irritated but I said ok they maybe are short on staff. I stayed up waiting but no one brought the tissue. I woke up about four and went to the restroom. Then realizing I still didn't get the tissue. I had to use the Kleenex tissue. I called down to the office to ask again and she told me she came to the door but no one answered. I not blaming her for not bringing it. I could not understand for me to have a great experience with the hotel until me not have the tissue at the middle of the night. I just say there are three things that could have been down. The bathroom could have been properly stocked. The agent could have made it a priority for me to have the tissue, or it just makes me to think and make sure I have everything I need before I settle in for the night.

We stayed here over a week when hour house was damaged by hurricane Helene. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly it felt like family by the end of the stay. The morning breakfast was delicious. We were very comfortable the whole time.

During my stay it was VERY busy due to people were coming from surrounding areas affected by Helene but management and the housekeepers did a great job getting people checked in. Some of the workers had to leave their families and homes that was affected to come in so I applaud them for that and the rooms were still clean to my expectations!

We picked this hotel because we were moving from Michigan to Columbia with a cat and this place is cat friendly. We could have not picked any better of a place! The staff was always so friendly and helpful and the breakfast area was always kept so clean! There is a nice pool outside the breakfast area and the food was good. We had a delay in the closing and ended up being here a week longer but it was ok because this hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in in a long time and we have takes about 15 trips in the past 4 years. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Peaceful stay
Hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great quiet nights sleep. The water temperature and pressure was perfect. I felt safe. Few great eating places within walking distance. Not far from downtown Colombia. I highly recommend staying here.

We were on day 10 without power in the Augusta, GA area due to hurricane Helene. Hampton Inn Killian Road was the closest hotel we could find. It was one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. Jojo at the front desk was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast selection was very limited the following morning, but that wasn’t a big surprise since so many other fleeing Hellene guest had stayed there the past week. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you are traveling to the Columbia, SC area.
