This is an old hotel that had doors open to the outside. The room was unclean and numerous things were a problem. This included running toilet, dead phone, fire alarm constantly going off, tv in bedroom not hooked up, kitchen tap not attached, mold, tub so dirty couldn’t use it. Staff said he’d be there in 5 minutes to fix the problems but never showed. Place was so dirty we didn’t take off our shoes nor could we use the shower. Kitchenette woefully under supplied. Will never stay at this brand hotel again, and I travel a lot.

Not worth it

Not worth the money. The first room we stayed in had bugs. We were moved to another room the following day and an exterminator sprayed the room. We still had 2 big roaches in the new room during our stay. They boast that the rooms were newly renovated but only the bathrooms and kitchenette area were touched. The floors where they meet the windows were gross. Paint scuffs and poor lighting too.The floors in the hotel, in general, look like they only get cleaned every few days. The employees were very nice though. And they do charge $100 deposit per stay so if you extend your trip by a day then its another $100. Will not stay here again.

We reserved a king bed and were given a queen because the hotel was fully booked. The hallway and room smelled and the room was not cleaned. Just after dark we started to notice cockroaches in the kitchen area. I complained to the front desk but they could not move us. We left as soon as possible and skipped the complementary breakfast just to get out if there. I called two days later and complained and i was told i would be getting a refund. it has been 4 business days and no refund. So now i am posting on line and i will be diluting the charge with my credit card company, DO NOT STAY HERE!

The ad lied it had no gym nor restaurant available on site. The WIFI wouldn’t connect, the bathroom door stuck and couldn’t get out.One tiny trash can asked for another but no response and ran out of toilet paper so had to go ask for more.The property outside is not nice and homeless walking around and we didn’t feel safe. Both rooms on each side was vacant but kept hearing door slamming and loud talking all Night. I would highly recommend not to stay here since they don’t even offer what they say they have on site

The rooms were a really bad makeover. Paint on the floor. Tiles replaced in bathroom a different color of white so they were obviously replaced. Carpet in bedroom was stained in 2 places which looked like wine. The whole makeover was done very cheap and it showed. You could see right out the door because it fit so bad

The room was very clean. Things were in good order. Meaning there were plenty of towels and and hygiene items available in the room. The bed were very comfortable and everything provided was in good working order. Room was fully stocked in kitchen supplies plates utensils and cups. We will likely stay here again
